Welcome to White Light Pilates. To better serve your health and fitness needs, we ask that you please take a few minutes to complete an intake form. Additionally we require all clients to read and sign a liability waiver form for working out at the studio.

Please download these forms below and complete them before your first appointment. You can send these forms via email to info@whitelightpilates.com bring it in to your first appointment.

How To Sign Up For Group Classes

  1. Click onto our MindBody Online Schedule. Go to the “New To Our Site” sign up box on the right-hand side. Create an account on our system with a username and password.
  2. Once your account profile is created, purchase your class package by clicking on the “Online Store” tab and select the item you want to purchase (ie. Group Reformer Classes or Kids Mat Classes).
  3. Pick your package option that you want to purchase and add it to your shopping cart.   Then check out and apply your credit card information if haven’t already done so.
  4. You will receive an Automated email receipt once you purchased your class package, and from there you may schedule all classes online. You will receive an automatic “class confirmation email” for every reservation booked. Please remember the 24 hr cancellation policy, ANY CLASS CANCELLED WITHOUT A 24 hr NOTICE WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR PACKAGE.

FAQs

How do I begin?

We encourage all new clients to begin with a Private session to familiarize oneself with the equipment, exercises and address the specific needs of the body. There are 4 different options that we recommend to begin your journey of a healthier body with Pilates.

  • 3 Private Sessions for $150
  • 3 Semi-Private Sessions for $105 (per person)
  • 5 Group Reformer Class for $55

How long is each class?

All Private/Semi-Private sessions, Group Reformer classes, and Mat classes are 60 minutes.

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable clothing that is unrestrictive. Street shoes are not allowed in the studio workout area or allowed on the equipment. Please remove your shoes and place them into the cubbies. Socks are optional. We sell toe socks with grips in the studio that are specifically designed for Pilates.

How big are the classes?

Group Reformer Classes are limited to 5 people and Adult and Kid Mat Classes are limited to 6 people.

How soon will I see results?

Some people notice results after their first couple of sessions, depending on goals and health concerns. We encourage our clients to come at least twice a week to reap the benefits of Pilates. Most clients will notice a difference after 6 weeks of training.

How many times a week?

Like all activities the more you do it the greater the rewards. Joseph Pilates recommended 3-4 times per week.

What if I am in too much pain?

There are thousands of Pilates exercises and each exercise can be modified down to the smallest movement. If you are in a pain, Pilates may help to relief your stress and increase flexibility while strengthen the muscles surrounding the problem area. Our instructors are will gently take you through movements that will help relief pain while consistently seeking feedback from you. Nothing in Pilates should create additional pain for you.

What should I expect in my Pilates Private Session?

Every Pilates Private session is customized to the individual’s needs. That said Pilates will help strengthen your core muscles and increase flexibility.  In your Private session, you will experience a wide range of Pilates equipment such as the studio reformer, cadillac/trapeze table, and wunda chair.
